I offer an independent perspective and practical recommendations to help leaders improve overall results. I help develop solutions to the individual concerns of each client in an ethical manner using a virtual management services organization. I strive to achieve organizational acceptance and to maintain overall cost effectiveness.

Business history

Morgan Marketing Solutions, Inc. was founded in early 1989. We work with a wide variety of business-to-business firms including manufacturers, wholesale distributors, and commercial service providers. Clients range from the Fortune 200 to firms with revenues below $1 million in industries including metals, lubricants, tires and rubber, electrical and mechanical parts, short line railroad, vehicle parts, industrial engines, estate planning, insurance, international finance, building products, residential construction, financial planning, consulting, computer equipment and services, chemicals, printing, office products, and other commercial services.

An ideal client is a business owner or CEO, age 30 to 65, usually with a financial, engineering, or production background. Who is often impatient, and interested in improving company performance. Comes alive when you ask, “How’s business?” He, or she, is practical but also enjoys the finer things in life. So, you may see our ideal client driving a Lexus or luxury SUV to Neiman Marcus…and to Sam’s Club. 

About staff

The firm was founded by Dick Morgan, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with more than 50 years of business experience. When needed, Dick also employs the talents of other specialists and consultants with complementary skill sets. Through the Institute of Management Consultants, the firm has access to more than 1,000 highly qualified consultants nationwide on a virtual basis. We provide the expertise you require without the large overhead costs. We assemble a team of qualified people, ‘expert software’ programs, and proven processes based on your needs with all work supervised by Morgan Marketing Solutions, Inc.

Dick Morgan is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and has served on IMC USA’s national board of directors. He is also past president and past chairman of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of IMC. Recently, IMC USA named Dick as a Fellow (FIMC), the Institute’s most prestigious award. Only a few dozen consultants have been named Fellows during the Intitute’s forty-six year history. The firm also is a supplier member of the Tire Industry Association
